Job Description

  • Creates plans and strategies to get new clients that will purchase and transact with TKL
  • Develops new potential customer leads and classifies the lead generated.
  • Monitors and makes sure that leads given to the telesales team will be closed into sales
  • Goes on fieldwork to get customer leads and given to the telesales team will be closed into sales
  • Assists customer inquiries and makes recommendations.
  • Closes sales and achieves quotas
  • Coaches and monitors the performance of the team, and makes sure they will be able to achieve their target
  • Coordinates with respective departments to solve issues/concerns.
  • Conducts meetings with team members to ensure alignment of strategies and performance.
  • Prepares and presents reports to management
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.

  • With at least 3 years of experience in the same field
  • College graduate of any course
